Upon arriving at the hotel, they still had reservations mixed up. The rooms are less than desirable! The floor looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in days. The tv signal was horrible. Stay was Labor Day weekend 2007. Room 212. Carpet dirty. Chair/sofa upholstery very worn and torn. They forced a queen size fitted sheet onto the king size bed which resulted in the corners popping off constantly. Had to ask housekeeper to leave cups for the coffeemaker. From the time I checked in, until the time I checked out, I was provided with a "home-like" feeling the entire time. The front desk clerks are so friendly, and courteous and just... great. Not too "perky" or "fake", but yet not at all un-attentive. They showed their true personalities, and it made me feel comfortable. They were accomodating, and... more
