I don't wish to knock this establishment unduly, the staff were generally helpful and friendly, doing their jobs well, apart from a couple of days when room service took away my soiled towels and did not not leave new ones. This hotel is located right off of I-435, and is easy to locate. The hotel seems to be a fairly new property.
