“Beware of the Roaches”

Stayed one night and after taking shower there was a roach (bug) on the floor, (I wouldn't allow my clothes or bag back in home till I went throw it to make sure I didn't bring their pets home with me) the pool was green and the coffee was brown hot water and I paid $109.00becuase I walked in late... more

This hotel is a joke..I booked online and the pics they show lead you to believe that the rooms are clean, the pool is beautiful, and you get an awesome free continental breakfast...but it's all a lie..the room we stayed in was supposed to be smoke and pet free, but you could smell stale smoke and some kind of nasty... more

I booked a nonsmoking room. I was told that was only subject to availability, Yeah right! When I entered my room I could barely stay standing. I left immediately for Joplin Mo. after entering my 2d floor room after climbing a rickety wood steps. Comfort Inns owns this pit, so stay away from there too. I am still fighting for... more

Refurbished from several previous named hotels, quite down from its original incarnation in the 1960's. Lobby/breakfast room best feature but not breakfast. "Hot" is make your own waffles, the white bread and stale donuts--awful. Room didn't have phone or clock. TV without network channels. AC was loud and woke me up, then froze me. Workout room advertised but unavailable. Only... more
