It was the cheapest hotel in the area, so we stayed there. It was a clean room with a bed and shower, which was all we required. No interstate noise. Simple check-in/check-out. The woman at the front desk even offered to make us tea in the morning since we didn't like coffee. more
It's Motel 6, what are you expecting? Good price, basic room, no breakfast. I've worked in motels in a resort town for years, so I feel I have a good sense of judgement for these "reviews" that a lot of people use to just bash basic establishments. We stayed here while visiting family in a nearby town. The check in clerk was very nice and courteous. They offer some rooms w/internet (with a nominal fee). We didn't use the internet while we were there. The rooms themselves were older and more rundown than other Motel 6s. The ceiling had stains. One of the chairs was wobbly. But... more
Nice, decent room. Clean and comfortable. Desk staff was courteous and my dogs were welcome. Bathroom was clean and fresh. There are several restaurants in close proximity, and this motel is easy to find and right off the interstate. This was a clean and very moderately priced motel. Close to Rock City and Dinsmoor Garden which is worth the trip to see! more
