Very friendly helpful staff. The rooms were clean, bed uncomfortable, no ventilation in the bathroom. We were on the non smoking floor but someone ended up smoking and made the entire hall way plus our room smell. Staff took care of it immediately, but still smelled bad. Have stayed at this place several times on business and family travel. Rates are better than others and the rooms are in better shape than some of the upscale places in town.
