We were just looking for a place to sleep for the night. We were in town for the bourbon trail. I had reserved a room online through an online discount site. The room had two queen beds that were ok, but the sheets and blankets were very clean. We had my wife and another couple and we thought we had... More

The room was reasonably clean, just a little bit smelly. The service from check-in staff was non existent as was the included breakfast. The breakfast was only a container of cereal but no milk was provided and there were no staff around to see if there was any milk or anything else for that matter. In a good location to... More

The first thing to remember is this hotel charges about $50 a night (it really is a motel, not a hotel). So, you can't go in expecting plush accommodations. It was mostly clean and very quiet. That is what is most important if you are trying to keep travel costs down. It's true the beds are not great, the pillows... More

First off the plumbing was horrible. The commode wouldn't flush we called the owner and he was very upset that we bothered him, asking if we had thrown anything in the commode. I walked around bare foot and my feet were black with dirt from the carpet!! We were in Bardstown visiting family, the rate that was advertised was 42.99,... More

I stayed at this hotel for a long stay for work. Very clean, simple, and just what I needed. Good management very accomdating. it is an easy walk to downtown, straight across the street from My Old Kentucky Home State Park and safe area.

Stayed here in October 2012 and rooms were old and shabby. loud parties going on in hotel rooms, no hairdryers , towel thin, worry about car safety as well as consumer safety. So glad to leave next morning Do not stay here, Arkansas

Room was ok for 1 night, needs updating, though shower ok, nice to be able to park at door.Good location. No breakfast, just coffee and roll. Manager must get a lot of complaints about billing. I thought room had been pre-billed and said that at check in. Woman immediately sent a man out who felt necessary to lecture us about... More

Rooms were small and badly in need of renovation but clean. Had to call for towels as they were just coming out of the dryer and not in our room. Room had small coffee pot, microwave and fridge. This was fine for a single night but would not stay for more than one. Picture on this ad is NOT what... More

I went on line and filled out the reversation form listed, and used my credit card. Two weeks after I made the reservation for 2 months down the road I received my bank statement and lo and behold I was billed 1 1/2 months in advance. I called the Inn and after being hung up on twice (using the toll... More

Looking for an overnight stay while traveling through Bardstown area. Here are the good comments about this place: pool looked clean, beds and pillows OK, a refrig in the room. Parking outside your room was very convenient to unpack and repack.A/C worked well, it was a hot day and the room was nice and cool. Didn't cost much, we felt... More
