This was probably the Comfort Inn before a new one was opened across the road. The interior of out room was generally clean. One in our group had a smoking room he called "dirty". The exterior is showing its age and is not layed out well for security in the parking areas.
The lot on the south side of the hotel has been marked for pull in spaces with perpendicular slots shoehorned behind making it an exercise in frustration when the lot has more than a few cars. North side lot is next to brush and trees.
The current breakfast area has seating for four. The innkeeper is using the rest of the front area for office and living quarters. Coffee, donuts, cereal, toast, juice set up late.
I would not bring a traveling family to this facility.
