We recently stayed here with our 4 yr old granddaughter for two nights. I had some trepidation based on the old reviews but the newer reviews seemed favorable. They were right and then some. The place has evidently been totally redone. Personnel were friendly. Our room had all new furniture and bedding, a large flat screen TV, 4 pillows per... more

While we do not travel a lot (50-60 nights a year) we know what we generally like. Typical is Courtyard/Fairfield/Hampton/Hilton Garden....so we wondered how our stay at this Best Western would be. The stay was for a weekend softball tournament, so the hotel was busy. The hotel staff was great, they seemed to go out of their way to make... more

We visited this hotel with our middle school girls basketball team. I had to give a review to this hotel because of the exceptional service we received from the manager and staff. We checked in to the hotel in the evening when all of Bowling Green was under a tornado warning. The manager of the hotel came in to the... more

This property is in process of a MASSIVE update. The lobby is brand new. Our room was good. New beds, New HDTV, New bathroom. New vanity. Appears carpet not as new as rest of room. Friendly staff upon checkin. Lobby renovation completed. Did not use the pool, but relaxed in the pool area. Great table. They are in process up... more

We recently spent the night at this hotel. Very comfortable beds, clean rooms. Pool was great too. The only drawback to our room that overlooked the pool was that there were blinds for the windows that faced the pool area but no drapes so at night there was no way to block out the light that came into the room... more

This place is a DUMP! We booked this hotel because it was the host hotel for the Kentucky State Gymnastics Meet in Bowling Green where our daughter was competing. Why anyone in their right mind would choose this hotel as the host hotel is beyond me. When we first entered the lobby, it was evident that the place was older,... more

Overall this hotel was dirty and disgusting. The doors leading to the outside were warped and did not shut completely which gave bugs free access, as well as anything (or anyone) else. The carpets throughout the entire facility were filthy and sticky. Shoes stuck on each step both in halls and the rooms. When we pulled back the bedspread we... more

I stayed at the Best Western and July 7, 2007. I was driving north from Gulf Shores, AL, and didn't know how far I could get in one days drive, so was not able to check the place out on the web beforehand (I would have been put off by the horrible reviews). My experience was not nearly so bad.... more

I was traveling with my 2 year old daughter and 12 year old son and my parents who are both in their sixties. We stopped here for an overnight stay on our way further south. After check in we were told to drive to door # 4 to enter the hotel. 1st problem we found is that the doors were... more

Don't stay here!! This hotel is a nightmare. Our room was absolutely filthy . . . carpet was dirty and stained, toilet was coming off the wall and "teetering", coffee maker was covered in a layer of dust and ??, plus there were no towels, soap or shampoo. Housekeeping was called in to clean again, but even after a re-clean,... more
