Learned of the Futrell B&B through the internet and stayed three nights. I am in no way affiliated with the owners and met them only this week when I checked in. This is a wonderful B&B and I highly recommend anyone planning a trip to Cadiz to consider this location. It has three rooms for rent; the Yorktown Room (private bath w/two-person jacuzzi, king bed) is the largest and is downstairs, the Bordeaux Room (private bath with claw tub, king bed and daybed) is the second largest and is upstairs, and the Sunshine Room (queen bed, detached private bath) is the smallest of the three but is a very nice room. The property has been beautifully restored and the grounds are nicely kept. Wireless high-speed internet was available throughout the house. The breakfasts were great and I think I gained a couple of pounds during my stay. Downtown Cadiz is about a quarter-mile away and has numerous antique stores and various shops.
