I stayed at the Best Western on my way home from Nashville, TN. I toured Mammoth Cave, which was incredible. The staff was very friendly, and my room was very clean and quiet. The price was reasonable, and the location was not too far from I-65. It was not far from a Cracker Barrel, which is one of my favorite... more

I decided to stay at the BW due to a summer promotion. The exterior needs work and is nothing to look at. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the interior of the room. They were decent sized with relatively new furniture. pool area was also nice. Breakfast was average at best. more

Avoid by all means! Filthy rooms. Bathroom moldy, sheets filthy! Entered room and on the ac unit is pair of panties left from the previous guest. Called front office who sent a maid that could not speak English, who refused to touch them. Next I went to desk clerk who was very friendly and told her to find someone to... more

We stopped in to stay a night as we had done four times in previous years. It was a room in which the bed sheets did not fit. Both the sink stopper and bathtub stopper did not work. The coffee pot didn't have an outlet and had to be moved to the sink with cord extended over same to work.... more

Good experience here unlike many other reviews. The hotel is under new management and appears to have been refurbished and a new large pool. Just off the interstate, one level, quiet, two gas station shops nearby. No decent restaurant close by. Mamouth Caves NP 9 miles away. Worth a visit but not the as good as Carlsberg. Some of the... more

This room was filty and there was dried vomit on the carpet. I would never take another room without looking at it first. It was late and I was tired so I spent the night anyway, but I felt like the room just wasn't clean and of course it stunk! more

I called and made reservations, I had them mail me a confirmation number for my stay. When I tried to check in they refused to honor the price they had given me over the phone, and in the confirmation letter. Said it was a mistake and they would not give anyone a rate that cheap, and I should of known... more

This is no 5 star or 4 star hotel, but then, there are no such hotels in Cave City. It is easily accessible off the highway (can't miss), and Cave City is well located in the middle of the attractions of the area. It looks like this hotel has recently undergone renovations as everything looked new. Unfortunately the pool was... more

This little motel was not nearly as bad as some others have made it out to be. We stayed here for 2 nights and it was actually rather cozy and quaint. Don't get me wrong, this is NOT a luxury hotel...but neither is anything else in Cave City. It didn't appear any better or worse than the surrounding alternatives (i.e.,... more
