Arrived to a hot, moist room, turned on the air and left for a meeting.. three hours later, it was at least bearable. The latest coat of light paint showed the dark paint underneath..especially the semi-gloss areas- new paint was scratched off in several areas. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I was told ahead of time that they have remodeled all the rooms and things were very nice. This was absolutely not true. Promised a remodeled room, not. No smoking room had cigaraette burns in carpet. Hot or cold, heater could not decide. Toilet screamed. Bathroom frigid. Although the hotel claims to have been renovated, it felt like a 1970s motel with an inexpensive surface redecoration. The bathroom had a small fiberglass shower/tub unit, and the fixtures and decor were up-to-date....in the early 1980s.
