Actually, I stayed in this hotel in October of 2005. I will never visit this hotel again. I had a very strange encounter in room 202. After settling in after a long business class, I took a shower and got into bed. Everything seemed fine until I begin to feel very uneasy. Since It was cool weather there was no... more

My husband and I recently stayed at this hotel four nights. The staff was friendly and helpful and our room was spacious and excellently cleaned every day. The king size bed had a very comfortable mattress and 4 puffy pillows. There was coffee and apples available throughout the entire stay. The fireplace in the lobby was a wonderful touch on... more

This hotel was very convenient to a basketball tournament my teenage daughter was playing in. I chose to stay here rather than drive 20 miles back and forth between games. That was a mistake. The first room they put us in was dirty, run-down, and beastly hot. Upon complaint they sent up a handyman. I was outside when he pulled... more

What a surprise. Other Country Inn's have been very nice. This one was NOT! Torn furniture, curtains hanging off the wall, dirty, no maid service for 3 days! Breakfast area dirty and food was old or not available at all. Elevator was broken for part of the stay. Exterior doors not secure and won't even shut without force. Wish I... more

Our first visit to a Country Inn will probably be our last. A real shame that for $90+ you get a room with filth, dust, dirt, A/C that barely works, wallpaper in bathroom peeling off the walls, the side door of the building coming off the hinges, stains on furniture/drapes, lightbulbs not working. This place is ranked #11 for a... more

I traveled with five girls in my scout troop and was unlucky enought to get room 419. Ceiling fell down while we were in the suite. Placed a call to the front desk and were made to feel like we were making things difficult for the hotel, versus the other way around. We were told you can stay for free... more

This hotel needs a complete makeover. Air conditioning doesn't work in some of the rooms. Non-smoking doesn't mean anything. Rooms smelled like a smoker just left. Furniture was stained and old. TV reception was bad. Although the check in personnel was accommodating (let me visit several rooms to determine which one I could accept) they acted surprised by my findings.... more

This is a very attractive and clean hotel. It's location is directly off the interstate and very close to some restaurants and shopping areas. We checked in at 10:00 pm after a long day on the road and the clerk was nice. The cookies seemed fresh. The room was clean and spacious. They were remodeling and the clerk apologized for... more

We stayed here last weekend for the Georgia - Kentucky football game. We chose this hotel because we've had very good stays at other Country Inns the past several years, but this particular location does the chain no credit whatsoever. This location probably started as part of another chain and rebranded at some point. It simply doesn't measure up to... more

This place is simply not up to Country Inn and Suite Standards. Arrived late at night looking for a room. Had to wait several minutes while 3 check-in staff fiddled with the computer. Main lobby area is fine, but the room was a shocker: king suite with a sleeper sofa. The sofa upholstery was ripped, exposing foam cushions and backing.... more
