It was really disappointing as an honors member w/over 27,000 pts. to be told at the front desk that I did not qualify for my two free bottles of water because I wasn't a gold member. Also insulting was the same situation at bkfst where this hotel was gauging guests at a rate of $2.50/per item instead of the flat... more
Very nice and quiet hotel. Staff is very friendly but not intrusive. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable. Indoor pool is very cold, beware! Nice workout room. Great rates...will stay here again! more
I stayed here in April 2009 for two nights. The woman working the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and modern (newer hotel). The location was great right off the highway in a lovely quiet town. Will definitely stay there again!! more

We where going to stay in Lexington but they where having a game or something and everything was full. Since we where going to Southern Lights which is between Lexington and Georgetown we opted to stay here. It was affordable and very nice place to stay. The pool area was great. We would go back again. more
My company changed my per diem, and I needed to find a better hotel value. New Hilton Garden Inn with all of the amenities and about $50 less than the Lexington upscale hotels. The Hilton Garden Inn Georgetown is excellent in all aspects. Very nice decorated lobby and helpful/friendly staff. "The Pantry" next to the desk provides snacks , drinks , and toiletries. We frequent the Lexington area multiple times a year and we will definitely stay @ The Hilton Garden Inn again. The hotel is very clean & the entrance/front desk area is just beautiful. We were very impressed with the entire staff. Everyone was friendly & helpful. We found it to be extremely comfortable, clean & convenient. more
