We decided to head south for the weekend with no particular destination other than quiet. When we found Poet's House online, we were charmed by the description and photos of the faculty and grounds. “A beautiful historic house”

I have stayed is historic B&Bs in the past and this is one of the nice ones. I loved the view of the Ohio River. The host David was friendly and the spinach quiche he served for breakfast was delicious.
