Bed: hard as a rock; shower head was like getting hit with needles; windows opened but there wasn't a screen: bug issue (not to mention liability issue) and no bathroom sink as used to be a kitchenette in the room: fridge & microwave were gone which left nice gaping holes that showed all the imperfections. After spending one night, we woke to find lots of little bugs crawling on the night stand and out of the clock radio! We told the desk clerk about the bugs and she just said they knew about the bugs and they had been working on them. I wish she would have told us they had bugs before we rented... more

Great staff but we had a lot of luggage and from the lobby where we got the luggage cart, we had to wheel it down the parking lot to the middle of the hotel where the elevator was..The room was nice and clean but the small double beds had unfitted sheets and moved all over the beds. The staff was just so wonderful. The room was clean no hotel odor. I will recommend everyone to stay, and you will not want too leave. Only if i could stayed much longer. . more

I would recomend this hotel to anyone traving through Louisville. The breakfast was excellent, the room was big and clean. I was pleased with the service...very friendly staff. more
