I am a VERY loyal Hilton Honors member and try my best to stay at only Hiltons whenever I can. I was very excited that this was now a Hilton as I used to stay at a Hilton further outside of downtown. A nice hotel near the centre of NY, I was here with work and the location was very handy, the hotel is nice for the price I expected a bit better quality but I suppose it is NY, the room was slightly small and could do with an upgrade but it was clean and had everything I needed. more

Very disappointed in the stay. I traveled with my husband on a business trip and thought I would go with him and relax while he was in his meetings. Wrong. They are doing major renovations. I had some issues with my previous stay, next thing i know i had an e- mail from the manager apologizing for what went wrong on my stay he was so nice and understanding he even invited us back when the renovations are done. I never expected to be contacted by some one, that really shows they care about costumers.... more

As a solo business traveler, I usually use valet parking mostly for security reasons. I could not find the valet, so I parked in one of the cramped parking spaces.
