Quiet simply, the rooms are extremely dirty and the furniture and fixtures are run down and not well maintained. The bathrooms are horrible and not sanitary at all. The room itself was just OK. The chair was comfortable, there was adequate lighting. The bed was GREAT and they gave me a choice of pillows (I like the small, flat one the best).
