We stayed at the Richmond Ky Knights Inn on April 24. It was the worse experience we have ever had in a hotel. The tubb didn't drain water as you showered. Tile in the bathroom was nasty. Not to mention you could tell there had been mold on it and it wasn't even glued down by the tubb.Carpet was so... more

We were checking in late because of a late flight, so all we wanted to do was turn off the lights and fall into bed. We should have known to leave with the overpowering smell of air freshener, also with a bathroom door that would not close because of a broken hinge and the toilet seat about to fall off!... more
