This hotel is within what we all come to expect at Hyatt. The staff was pleasant and effecient. The room was as requested. The parking was FREE...or you could valet. The food was excellent and unique. I will certainly stay there again. more

The hotel itself was nice. We went to check a few things on the internet and needed a T-Mobile account or $10/day. We ordered food from the bar and it was good; service was fast. Sunday brunch was also nice. Complimentary parking across the street. more

\The decor is updated, use of gym, pool, and business center are free, and you can self park for free which is nice for a downtown city hotel. The staff seemed young but were friendly and professional. The rooms were quiet and cozy. There is a Starbucks in the lobby to grab a quick cup of coffee and a pastry,... more

I work for a company in Lexington and stayed over 30 nights in 2008 at other hotels in the area. One of my colleagues is high on Hyatt and we all agreed to stay there on this trip. I will always check the Hyatt first when traveling to Lexington!! The rooms were well-appointed with all the right toiletries, a nice... more

Husband & I stayed here for one night as a stopover on our way home from GA. Hotel connected to Rupp Arena. There are shops and casual dining in the center but because we were tired from traveling we didnt check them out. Check-in was quick. Each year I make my way up to Lexington, KY from Miami, FL in early December to visit with friends for a weekend and do some shopping. Each year I also stay at the Hyatt Regency Lexington. Normally my rooms are satisfactory but in need of an update. The blue-green carpet, scuff marks, bulky TV and light fixtures were always... more

We stayed at this property to attend a Kentucky basketball game. We got in late Friday night. We noticed when we checked in that there were hundreds of teenagers milling about in the lobby. We are put on the 11th floor. Right away we hear insanely loud noise. It is so loud we hear music, screaming, banging, running in the... more

Stayed at the Hyatt for 1 night after winning on priceline. We were attending a cheerleading competition at the attached convention center so location couldn't have been better. Simply take the elevator down to the bottom level and you are there. Room was non-smoking with 2 double beds and looked brand new. Nice linens, flat screen tv, I-pod alarm clock/dock,... more
