Upon checking in I find I have been placed in a handicap rm. After calling and asking to be changed I was told no other rms. were available in an unfriendly tone. No ironing board, iron or hair dryer. No air condiotioning was on in the hallways and the elevator making it very hot sice it was 95 degrees outside.... more
