I have stayed at several other area hotels and this one is now my "regular" place to stay. Room was very clean and breakfast was good. Good value for price when considering you get a better than average hotel breakfast. Pool area was also nice and clean. more

Apparently this hotel is the overflow hotel for the Hilton Garden Inn and it's horrible. The sheets had holes in them, the toliet didn't flush well, the comfortable was disgusting and the heater didn't work so I had to sleep in my coat. I would have slept somewhere else, however it was after midnight. more

The Hotel was OK, nothing special but a great location to the Derby. You can walk to Churchill Downs, less than a mile away. Stayed at this hotel for a trade show at the next-door expo center. Room was very nice. Breakfast was better than adequate. Biggest problem is that "high speed" internet access is running slower than dial-up. It's impossible to get any work done. I was told by staff that this is normal, so skip this hotel if you want internet access.... more

Very poor service at check in. After waiting over 45 minutes at 1 AM he still could not get us checked in The clerk could not tell which rooms were empty and which had guests. he also had difficlulty speaking Englis. NOT RECOMMENDED Stay somewhere else. Just say NO more
