I found the Envoy Best Western to be a great place to stay in Louisville. The Lobby was big and extremely clean and well kept. We stayed in a suite that had two rooms. The pictures on the website are misleading. The pool was VERY small not as nice as pictured and the hot tub was very small and "out of order". Our room had towels that had inspection stickers on them. That translates to mean that they were NEVER washed before they were put in our room. We found a stain or two... more

Not quite like the photos and there's nothing Deluxe about the Deluxe rooms or the Preferred Guest floor. The room layout is odd, as another review mentions.
