There is a great Rookwood Pottery collection in the basement consisting of a large amount of Rookwood wall tiles not containers as you would think. A vintage well maintained historic hotel. The hotel is located in the heart of downtown Louisville, close to restaurants, entertainment, museums and other attractions. Small rooms and you can hear your neighbors unfortunately. Valet parking is not cheap. I would still recommend the hotel and there is a big Starbucks in the lobby. More

Spent Christmas Holiday in downtown Louisville. This is a classic 1905 property and the recent renovation has given its rooms flat screen TVs and improved bathrooms. The rooms were exceptionally clean. The only disappointment is that windows were fitted with interior panes for better insulation and do not open for fresh air.
