The only reason this is branded a Comfort Suites is because of the layout of the rooms (partial divider thus a 'suite'). This hotel should be branded a Quality Inn or Sleep Inn. It feels 'old' and kind of run-down. My room included a toilet that you had to hold down the handle to flush, the 'stopper' was missing out... more

I was thrilled with the Comfort Suites Louisville. The property seems very new and the guest rooms were well-appointed. For well under $100 a night, I had an extremely comfortable bed with down pillows and a duvet, a nice sitting room area, lovely desk, TV in nice cabinet, etc. The pool area was quiet, clean, had nice comfy thick cushions... more

A/C went out at house - stayed during heat wave - Rooms were big and clean - pool was good size and refreshing. Staff was great. more

Dirty & rundown - not worth the money. We had dead bugs on the carpeting in our room and looked as if it hadn't been vacuumed in awhile. We had the executive suite which had a huge sitting/kitchen area (enough for a family of 12 kids to put down sleeping bags!) and a VERY large jacuzzi bathtub - but again... more

We've stayed at this hotel several times, it is fairly new, very clean and comfortable, and the staff is great. Karen, the morning manager, opened the breakfast bar a half an hour early for us because we had to make an early start. We really enjoyed our stay there. more
