King Pacific is absolutely one of the most special places on earth! In our many years of travel, Janet and I have never been to a place with better staff, better food combined with a most extraordinary setting. The staff could not have been more delightful and accommodating, yet totally unobtrusive even with it's high staff to client ratio. We... More

I don't know why I didn't review sooner but we visited KPL in mid June of 2012 and had a terrific time. Starting with booking the trip to our departure all of the staff was the best. Every evening Laura would inquire about our desired activities for the next day and she would soon be around to give you your... More

Lovely situation, good food and well organised activities. Not guest focussed though. Some customers receiving preferential treatment and arrogance of senior management. Not a nice experience. Try Nimmo Bay not far away. Sensational in every respect. King Pacific Lodge, no thanks.

My wife and I stayed at KPL over our honeymoon in Fall 2011. It really is something else. It may seem hard to imagine 5 star cross with wilderness and isolation, but that was KPL. The accommodations were lovely, and food was excellent. We saw tons of bears during our watching excursion, whales and seals everywhere, and loved settling down... More

I invited my father to KPL for a father-daughter bonding trip, and not knowing what to expect of such a remote place, it was the perfect resort to spend time with someone special. We had plenty of time to ourselves as well as with a personal guide on hikes, fishing, and whale-watching trips. At the same time, we really enjoyed... More

A group of us went to fish...and we came back with a lot more than fish. The resort is nestled in between a sit of mountains and islands off the coast of BC. Within the small bay, the waters were calm and protected the lodgers from the ocean. How've, whenever we wanted to get out and fish in the deep... More

King Pacific Lodge is magnificent. The hospitality and accommodations are second to none, and the setting and activities are life altering. They take such care of their guests, one feels like they are visiting friends, with impeccable taste. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone who loves being pampered while experiencing breathtaking nature.

Our 3rd trip in 7 years, each time better as the family aged together including significant others, with great memories of the Lodge, staff and experiences. Secluded family time, always active, but perfect separation of activities, quiet time, personalized food, and respectful staff. Money cannot buy these memories. Well worth the price per night, as busy lives invest in precious... More

The flight in from Bella Bella was incredible, especially the approach into Barnard Harbour. Our pilot circled around and approached from the west through a narrow channel landing in the harbour. Breathtaking. Once our plane was tied up on the docks, we were greeted with champagne and a warm welcome from the attentive staff. Our room was awesome, we had... More

We had a fabulous experience staying at KPL. It is very expensive and so was a 'special' birthday treat for me but it was what I wanted and more. I was there with 'benjamin c' , Gary M and 'very disappointing' - Hi fellow evacuees! - I can understand disappointment at having a 4 day trip cut in half by... More
