This is an older property and is in need of remodeling. For the most part, it was clean. There were stains on the carpets and chairs and mold in the bathtub grout. Linens appeared to be new. Holiday Inn, Nicholasville KY: Avoid this place. General Manager, Bailey Brewer's behavior was arrogant, rude, unorganized, inflexible and in our case, refused to honor a negotiated discount on 5 rooms. As a business traveler, I’m spoiled by great service from all in the industry except airlines. Dealing with this local Holiday Inn is worse than dealing with the airlines. I... more

New ownership took place October 11, 2008 and I am the new General Manager as of November 1, 2008. I do not know what the previous manager did, nor do I care. I stayed there June4,2005.The rooms were very clean,as was the rest of the hotel.The rooms were a nice size.We were there because of a beauty pagaent,serval people were there for the same reason. The attendants kept the swimming pool open an extra 30 minutes,so all the kids had time to swim. The breakfast was a full breakfast,no need to eat... more
