We arrived late. We found it using our Garmin, made the call and a reservation. The staff were very helpful. They found a crib for my neice to sleep in and brought it to the room. My husband wasn't feeling well at all and they let him in the room right away. The room featured 2 queen? beds and a... more

A business trip brought us to the Paducah area and the budget my husband's boss put him on allowed us to stay at the Holiday Inn Express, which was great because it is the number one rated hotel in this area, and it had all the things we "require" in a hotel----an indoor pool, good beds, and amenities, whether in... more

My seventy-five year old mother and I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Paducah Kentucky for the night of Thursday, October 9th, 2008. When making our reservations online, we requested a room on the top floor, away from the elevator and the Interstate, and we received a room on the second floor (of three) overlooking the entrance to the... more

This was by far the best hotel experience we had on our two week motorcycle ride....even in comparison to Hiltons and a very expensive Marriot. The staff were great. They were polite and went way out of their way to make our stay great. They even left a ziplock bag with a wet and dry rag in it, so that... more

The hotel was a pleasant surprise. After one night here, I was stranded for another night due to a snowstorm. The hotel staff was very accommodating, professional and helpful. The rooms are spacious and nice, and everything was clean. No complaints. more

We've stayed here 2X on 2 different trips from Chgo to Orlando. You walk in and can tell by just by looking and smelling that this is a very clean, nice place. They have a display case of their awards, and obviously they have earned them. I'm sitting here in the lobby at 3:30 a.m. b/c I drank one of... more

This has to be one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. It is more like a 4 star hotel than a budjet hotel. Everything was perfect. The beds are very comfortable. Upon leaving, I stopped at the front desk to inquire what brand they are! The rooms are spotless and very quiet. The location, relatie to restaurants,... more

We happened on this hotel during a long drive from the Gulf Coast to our home near Kansas City. We've generally had good luck with HI Expresses, but this is by far the best one we've stayed in. Both the inside and outside were extremely well-maintained, the staff was friendly and service-oriented, and the amenities (including breakfast) were quite nice.... more
