I traveled here in October of 2011 on business. Upon entering the site, there is a bar and apparently you can smoke in it because that's what greeted me. Rooms were clean. Stayed in a smoking room and of course they always have a funky smell. Carpeting was clean. Beds were nice, but very hard. They man at the front desk was awesome and very friendly. Would stay there again. Need better advertising on the location of the property. More

We just stayed at the Heritage House Hotel, in Prestonsburg, Ky. It was a very nice experience. The room was quite clean, the staff friendly, and the prices reasonable. The wifi worked perfectly.
