I was not sure about staying here after reading other traveler's reviews, but we had absolutely no issues during our stay. The hotel has been updated recently, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We stayed on the second floor, and though the hotel was completely sold out the night we were there (many families with children), it was very... more

I stayed in the Keadeen hotel for 3 nights B&B, 1 x eve dinner. We took 2 x family rooms for young children, teenager, gran etc. The rooms were spacious & comfortable. The food was a delight - fresh, varied breakfast - something for every1 to enjoy. Eve meal was plentiful, tasty, and adapted to suit kids etc. Staff are... more

I have never had a more miserable experience in my life. The first night we got here there seemed to be a bunch of families with kids from a baseball Tourney that also booked rooms. We were in 318 and the room next to us was making horrendous noise, kids running the halls, doors slamming. Turned out several rooms decided... more

If you go to Richmond stay at the Jamison inn or hampton. My wife and I got a room there during ice storm with our 6 year old daughter because we lost our electric. We were at the room less than an hour and all power went out at the hotel. We had to leave due to the room being... more

Stayed in this hotel 2 nights for local wedding visit. The hotel had a smell throughout. The room was ok,but old and tacky. the bed sheets were clean but I immediately removed the spread that was covered in burn holes and stains in our non-smoking room. There are no screens on windows so you could take a plunge out of... more

Last May I stayed at the Red Roof Inn in Richmond . When I left at 7:00 in the morning, I accidently left my purse in the lobby. About two hours later I called back and the clerk said it had not been turned in. I gave her my phone number etc. and went on my way. I called back... more

First of all, the room was misrepresented (no. of beds and appliances was inaccurate). When I complained, they said they were full and there was nothing they could do. Next, the window was severely cracked and, being on the third floor with small children, this was a concern. The indoor pool, besides being cold, was a nasty green color. It... more

My husband and I are non-smokers and always request an n/s room as we did when we stayed at this hotel. We noticed the smell of smoke in our room after checking in and a call to the front desk assured us we were in the non-smoking wing. After two nights of choking on cigarette smoke we discovered the problem:... more
