The hotel is very modern and accross the street from the Mall of Louisiana. Great staff! The lobby and bar area is ultra modern. Nice room with flat screen and HD. The exterior grounds were very well landscaped with water and fire features.

Along with many other out of town guests, I stayed at the hotel for a college. There were also 2 wedding parties at the hotel during my stay. The staff was was very organized and helpful. They even provided shuttle service when our contracted shuttle was a no-show! Kudos to the Renaiasance Staff!!

Stayed at this hotel while in town for a wedding. Arrived at the restaurant late in the morning, after the breakfast hours. The kitchen staff was flexible and willingly fixed breakfast for our group which really help us enjoy our stay that much more. We all look forward to our next stay at this hotel

Was in town for a meeting at this hotel, great beds, with a great staff, they was always happy and smiling. Nice pool area for a nice relaxing break after and durning the meeting. The on con is the charge for the internet in the room.

Stayed 3 nights on business, with the workshop also being in one of the pleasantly accommodated conference rooms. Beautifully furnished, comfortable beds. We stayed in a suite while on a business trip. This hotel is beautiful! The bed was comfortable. Very convenient location if looking to shop. The evening staff weren't the friendliest (slightly rude) but the morning staff we encountered were great! We'd love to stay here again!
