We stayed here to be close to LSU. We were moving our daughter into her dorm. Only a mile from campus, location was perfect. LSU is just down the street. It is obvious that this is an older hotel that has been remodeled. There is nothing that can be done about low ceilings in the hallways as others have mentioned.... more

We checked in and out in an hour. The 4th floor hallway has such low ceilings and dark decor its like walking into a cave. This hotel is newly remodeled and is very nice. The bed was extremely comfortable, one of the best I have ever slept in. As others have said, these rooms are recently remodeled. Great bed and shower. Friendly staff. This is not a 4 star hotel, but easy access and nice location - clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. Try T J Ribs across the street - very good ribs! more
