I booked this online not realizing it's actually a motel not hotel. I was looking for something pretty inexpensive since we were only staying one night on our way home back from FL. We were a bit wary when we pulled up but decided to go with it. Our room was in the way back so we weren't close to... more

First I must say that most people tend to only complain. For a positive review, see my Comfort Inn review from the previous night stay. This Comfort Inn was in Midway, FL. On to this La Quinta: Stayed at this hotel overnight on 7/17/09. Parking lot was party central for 4+ hours with plenty of people drinking and loud music.... more

We stayed one night. The sheets were soft. The shower was nice. The breakfast was good. We walked to a nearby rib restaurant for dinner. (There were 3 to choose from within walking distance.) Would definitely stay there again. more

Not a good stay; parking lot was full of trash, patrons were grilling on the second floor. Numerous BBQ grills graced the corridors of the 2d floor. Clearly a fire hazzard! Compained to the front desk and was told management was not available. My husband threatened to call the fire department. Safety is clearly an issue here! more

Night desk staff were not the brightest group, but morning staff was fast and efficient. Rooms were not the cleanest, but the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was so-so. more

We stayed here at the last minute. My Girl Scout group made a trip to Blue Bayou and one of the parent's got me a hotel room so that I didn't have to drive back so late at night. The room was in a good location, with a few restaurants located nearby. The bathroom was clean (and I'm a clean... more

I could not believe that this place was open for business...The first room they put me in was horrible....the floor was dirty, the chairs were dirty, a hole in the ceiling was covered with red "duct tape".....the bath tub was moldy......At this point I requested another room...which I wouldn't have done but there were no rooms available anywhere in the... more

My family and i stayed at the Laquinta INN July 2006 just 2 days ago and I would like to say it was a very unpleasant experience I would never stay there again or advise anyone to stay there. The comforters on both beds had dried blood and urine stains on them and it reaked of urine I couldn't even... more

I enjoyed staying at the LaQuinta in Baton Rouge. The rooms were clean, the hotel staff was very attentive and courteous, and the hotel is in a great location. I would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again. more

Just returned to England after a visit to Baton Rouge to see our son at Louisiana State University. Booked La Quinta for the first two days, as LSU is very close, and stayed for a week. Good rates for the week equivalent to 50$ a day. We started at 72$ a day for the original two day booking. Clean, comfortable... more
