We stayed one night. The sheets were soft. The shower was nice. The breakfast was good. We walked to a nearby rib restaurant for dinner. (There were 3 to choose from within walking distance.) Would definitely stay there again. more

Not a good stay; parking lot was full of trash, patrons were grilling on the second floor. Numerous BBQ grills graced the corridors of the 2d floor. Clearly a fire hazzard! Compained to the front desk and was told management was not available. My husband threatened to call the fire department. Safety is clearly an issue here! more
Night desk staff were not the brightest group, but morning staff was fast and efficient. Rooms were not the cleanest, but the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was so-so. more
We stayed here at the last minute. My Girl Scout group made a trip to Blue Bayou and one of the parent's got me a hotel room so that I didn't have to drive back so late at night. The room was in a good location, with a few restaurants located nearby. The bathroom was clean (and I'm a clean... more
I could not believe that this place was open for business...The first room they put me in was horrible....the floor was dirty, the chairs were dirty, a hole in the ceiling was covered with red "duct tape".....the bath tub was moldy......At this point I requested another room...which I wouldn't have done but there were no rooms available anywhere in the... more
My family and i stayed at the Laquinta INN July 2006 just 2 days ago and I would like to say it was a very unpleasant experience I would never stay there again or advise anyone to stay there. The comforters on both beds had dried blood and urine stains on them and it reaked of urine I couldn't even... more

Just returned to England after a visit to Baton Rouge to see our son at Louisiana State University. Booked La Quinta for the first two days, as LSU is very close, and stayed for a week. Good rates for the week equivalent to 50$ a day. We started at 72$ a day for the original two day booking. Clean, comfortable... more
I stayed at the La Quinta on Acadian July 18th through the 23rd 2004. The rooms were of a very nice size. The cleaning staff was NOT consistent. Some days it was very clean, but other days the coffee pot was not clean, the bed was not changed, the bathroom floor was not cleaned, and we seldom had sugar creamer... more
Great price for a clean, spacious room. Brought my wife and two dogs for a lecture at LSU. Room was clean and management is very pet friendly. Staff were outgoing and pleasant. Easy access to freeway, Walmart (just in case you leave something at home), and LSU. Had a great stay! more
