We stayed a Sunday and Monday night at the end of September and had the place to ourselves-literally. The owners take off from 3 pm Sunday to Wednesday at 7 a.m. and just say "Have fun!" For $70 per night, we shared a cosy bedroom cabin with a shower and a back deck looking over Bayou Teche. It was quaint... more

The food was great, owners were friendly and fun! Yes, the cabins are rustic but I wouldn't have been happy anywhere else. more

I was in Breaux Bridge for one night and enjoyed my stay in a rustic cabin. The property is laid out such that the cabins form the perimeter and give it a "neighborhood" feel. Owners were friendly, and downtown Breaux Bridge is quaint. more

My wife and I stayed for 3 nights in the honeymoon cabin. Don't listen to some of these other reviews. This was an old cabin but it was as spotless as an old cabin could be. Like some of the other reviewers have said, I was concerned about the road noise when I was sitting on the porch but I... more

We stayed at Bayou Cabins during a trip through the South celebrating our wedding anniversary. We had never been to Cajun Country and Bayou Cabins was great fun. The cabins are certainly rustic but hey, cabins are rustic. They have a lot of character and we enjoyed our stay. In the morning we had our first experience with Cracklin', Boudin... more

My wife and I made reservations at Bayou Cabins for a two night stay. It was actually by mistake; we got the wrong place. We heard from friends about a wonderful stay at Bayou Cabins, but it was another Bayou Cabins, not the ones in Breaux Bridge. First off the owners were on vacation, so there was no open store... more

I spent one night in Cabin #3 while exploring Cajun Country. The cabin was cozy and *ADORABLE*. The bed was super-comfortable, and the heater kept the room nice and toasty. I was traveling alone, but I would totally recommend it as a nice romantic get-away for couples!! My only major regret is that I never met Rocky and Lisa. I... more

All of the cabins have been renovated but still have their original charm. Rocky & Lisa are wonderful people and the food is authentic Cajun. They will even ship you home made Boudin sausage & Cracklin. We look forward to our next visit. Glenn Hebert Pleasanton, CA more

We saw this property in a Budget Travel magazine article and researched on Trip Advisor before booking and we really were looking forward to two quiet, relaxing days in Cajun country after driving Highway 61 from Memphis. What a letdown. While they are indeed on the Bayou Teche, the cabins are also only about 50 feet from a major road... more

we have stayed at these cabins twice now - in the same cabin (No 15)! Sonny and Lisa are as charming as ever and the cabins are great. breakfast and the sampler are good too. The only problem for us was that it is a little way from Breaux Bridge itself and the road outside is busy from first thing... more
