First off...when we first arrived the children of the cleaning crew were "hanging out" watching TV in my room. Secondly, I washed my teeth and the sink stopped up. Thirdly....NO IRON & NO IRONING BOARDS!!! No roll away beds. When I booked the room, I decided to upgrade to a jacuzzi room. Hey a single mom with 3 kids, I could use a good jacuzzi bath. At 11:30 I ran the water and the pumps didnt work. I called the front desk. The attendent checked it out and said he'd investigate the following day. When I checked out I told the manager about the jacuzzi malfunction. He said there was record of it
and refused to give me a refund!!!!! I'd rather sleep on a street than the SONA INN!!!
