My recent stay 14-day at this location proved to be so much better than I ever expected! The non-smoking room that I was in was newly rennovated and in excellent condition. I had a microwave and refrigerator in my room and access to a coin operated washer and dryer on the property. I could not have asked for better amenities: cable tv, daily paper (USA Today), a computer in the hotel lobby, and a wonderful new fitness room!

It is located close to eating and shopping establishments but in a dense traffic spot, but not unmanageable. Very easy to get to the Lake Ponchartrain Causeway, New Orleans, and the airport.

I had a problem with my telephone which, once reported, was fixed immediately. The Front Desk staff and Manager were very in tune to all of my inquiries and requests for assistance.
