“Everything Went Wrong”

Everything that could go wrong did at this hotel. They ran out of apple juice bowls on the breakfast bar and their reply when told was "we're waiting for the truck". They double billed us for the first night. Our room wasn't serviced from the previous guests and apparently the front desk ddin't know or care and assigned us the... More

First the positive: good location because its only 10 min by car to go downtown New Orleans. We liked the layout of the room because you can sit on both sides of the table. “Beautiful Hotel”

We had a GREAT room. Comfy bed !!! You can park your car here for free when you cruise if you stay 2 or more nights. A taxi costs $17 to the cruise terminal. You won't find a better deal. The breakfast is lacking variety.

Couldn't get accommodation in the French Quarter due to French Quarter Festival, and La Quinta West Bank was close enough and pretty good value. This is a safe and great place to stay. Rooms were nice and clean and smelled very good. The staff was happy to see that you had a comfortable stay. I asked for some water from the front desk and they were happy to give bottled water. I thought that was nice.

way better than average!! access to mall and anything else is within 3-5 miles. easy to find shopping or dining French quarter or super dome easy to get to. breakfast was good not crowded and well supplied

Our hotel in Slidell fell through at a time when every single hotel in the NOLA region was booked. "Elite" status earned us an open door to this hotel even though it was officially booked.
