My husband and I stayed at the HoJo in Iowa during our move cross-country. we arrived at the hotel quite late, around 10pm, but once we rand the bell someone came to the front desk and checked us in. We had a good one-night stay here. The room was clean--the carpet passed my barefoot test. The front desk was helpful and courteous. The breakfast was adequate--waffles, hot and cold cereal, muffins, biscuits and gravy. Free newspapers. I always like hotels with inside rooms as this one has. It was easy driving distance of Lake Charles, close to freeway. Overall... more
