Unless you want to be concerned about people doing drugs and prositutes outside of your door, do not stay here ever. It is now called the Studio Lodge I believe. There are way too many transients out here. There were people drinking out on the balcony and constantly loud. The rooms were average. Don't stay here. more

We were a group of 16 in several rooms booked here for pre- and post-cruise stay in New Orleans. Those of us who arrived early would have immediately moved but some in our party didn't arrive until the next day, so we waited for them. We definitely cancelled our post-cruise stay. The carpet was so filthy you couldn't take your... more

We booked this hotel online thinking it would be a safe, decent hotel because we thought it was at the airport (based on the hotel name) and because it is a Day's Inn. It was NOT at the airport, it was a few miles away in a scary neighborhood. There were people that appeared to be transients all over. The... more

The place is pretty nasty. It seriously needs to be renovated. I would suggest looking elsewhere. The Shoney's Inn in Metairie is the place that I stayed after the last trip there. It was much nicer. Clean and a much better value for the same money. more

This hotel is okay for the money. My experience with the staff was excellent. Room was clean. The two things I disliked about it is that some of the hotel is rented as an apartment complex, and the women was looked at by the men that lived there. And not a good pool for the kids, it is in the... more

Our room was dirty and smelled like mildew. I wanted to check out soon after we saw it. I could harldy sleep well because I was worried about how dirty it was. The bathtub looked like it hadn't been cleaned and the carpet felt gross. I recommend looking for another place to stay. It was a miserable waste of money. more

Where to begin? The indoor/outdoor carpet in front of the office had a large hole waiting to be the exhibit A in a lawsuit. On entering the room: No water glasses, no toilet tissue,a hair drier that had a damaged plug with wiring exposed, next to the sink, A/C not working, clock radio broken. On leaving the room, a roach... more

It is the best deal for a park and fly--my truck was always safe here...and in five minutes you are away from the airport and ready to go in your vehicle...I always had an okay room, and the ride to the airport is very short! more

Our stay at this hotel was less than 10 hours due to late arrival and early checkout ? and that was too long to stay at a place like this! I reserved the room through the Days Inn website. However, our reservation had mysteriously ?disappeared? when we checked in. I had a printed copy of my confirmation email so the... more

Days Inn New Orleans Airport was by far the nastiest hotel that I have ever stayed in- in my entire life. I agree with EVERY single word that another emailer made. Gross and very nasty. I knew when we walked in the Lobby to register that this was not the place for us. Tear that place down!!!First, I don't like... more
