I made my reservation on line: bedroom with a king size bed. I got a confirmation number. When I arrived at the hotel, around 4 pm , when I entered the room I found two queen beds. I called the front desk right away, but they said they did not have another room available. It was only 4pm and the parking lot was empty... So my room, the one I reserved on line for, was probably there but reserved for another client?.
Then, we find this note in the room that says: "Your satisfaction is our priority, Should you encounter a problem, please contact the front desk. We guarantee we'll resolve it, or your night's stay in on us". We brought the note to the front desk and they said "sorry, we are very sorry but we can't do anything." So why they have that note in the room?????
The rooms are nice and new, carpet, TV, etc very nice...but very close to a bussy road and you can hear the cars. Their elevator is very noicy too. So here we were in a room we did not ask...
