I got confused and ended up making a reservation at this La Quinta Inn (on MLK ). It's an old hotel and they are currently doing some renovation. Stayed 6 nights at the[--] La Quinta[--]. Brand new, spanking clean. Beds cozy, soft with 6 pillows on double! Room temp could be adjusted well/quickly. Housekeeping superb. Big room, big minifridge, Flatscreen TV, roomy bathroom with nice shower/bath. Only downside is bathroom walls/vents make it possible to hear everything next door. Ask for room away from highway side if road... more

The staff here went beyond the call of duty in their professionalism and friendliness, but it was not enough to make up for the condition of the hotel. While the king room we had was large, the linens were dated and smelled like mildew. The paint on the walls had large areas where it had peeled. The bathroom leaked water... more
