I have stayed at this hotel many times on business. The weekly rate is a good deal as an extended stay. The staff is OK, not great. The rooms are not clean,but not horrible. Stayed in Metairie for three nights. Friendly staff, but not too knowledgeable, or helpful. Room cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. Urine stains around toilet (easily cleaned with a rag and cleaner), dirt in corners, dirtiest carpets I have ever seen in a hotel (all of these complaints valid for room 203, at least). Fairly clean but rough. Broken furniture, scrached furniture, couch neede to be replaced. Hotel is in industrial area near a few bars. I did not feel that safe there. more

Were there recently for one night before flying back home. A good choice near the NO Airport. Warm and very helpful welcome at the front desk. Room was clean; also the fridg and the microwave and the bathroom. more
