This place is a dump. I asked to see the manager, A guy came out and didn't help me. The General manager "MOBY" was extremely rude. Never again....Sheraton in horriable! more

I used my Starwood points for this hotel and after reading the reviews I was a little nervous, but to tell the truth I will stay there again in June. We had a 6am flight to catch and we were traveling with a 2 year old so we didnt want to leave at 3am. The check in went very smooth... more

Billed as a premier property, this place falls short. It is a revamped Holiday Inn and looks the part. Cosmetic upgrades are about as effective as lipstick on a pig. To its credit, the staff was pleasant and professional. Desk staff appears to be local while wait staff and drivers are Russian "students" doing international studies. Maid service is Hispanic.... more

I am not sure what hotel the other reviewers stayed at.....but my experience has so far been just awful!! Halls are dark and dirty, bathtub "paint is peeling" (said housekeeping...I didn't know hotels painted their bathtubs!!), slimey peeling ?paint under the bathtub bathmat (disgusting!), the room phone direct dial buttons didn't work, walls dirty, and bed linen dirty. Oh yeah,... more

The bathroom flooded. The bed was as hard as a tile floor. The food disgusting. And to make things really wonderful-- surly desk staff. Yucch! more

While we found the hotel lobby nice there is definetly an offensive odor in the hallways. We must have checked in on a bad day. It seemed the manager was having a discussion with an employee in public that should have taken place behind closed doors. We had several encounters with Lana whose "holier than thou" attitude was enough for... more

I stayed at the hotel for a night before a flight the next morning. The good: checkin was uneventful and rapid. The public areas are clean with modern decor. The bedroom and bathroom were clean, and WIRELESS INTERNET WAS FREE. Though my room on the top floor looked over the pool and highway, no highway noise made its way to... more

I was visiting friends in New Orleans, and the Four Points by Sheraton was close by their home. I was expecting a typical airport hotel, and I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into the lobby and saw what a "hip" design it had. The restaurant fare and bar atmosphere were upscale and very nice. The room was very clean... more

I walked into this hotel and could not believe my eyes! The lobby was filled with beautiful modern furniture. The bar and restaurant were fun and cool too! My bed was like heaven! The staff were not only extremely accomdating and informative, but they were genuine in thier desire to help. I really can't say enough wonderful things about this... more

This hotel was very close to the airport, so it was convenient first and foremost. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. The bar was very hip and cool, which was a fun place to hang out in the evening. The only complaint I have was with the wait staff in the restaurant. They weren't very attentive and... more
