Stayed over Friday night, normally a dificult time in New Orleans. No problem checking in. Very friendly staff and great price. Dated but quiet property. Had great nights sleep. Configuration of hotel made me feel safe about leaving computer there while in the city. Free parking was a plus. Would stay there again.

I don't understand everyones reviews, I based my accomidation according to it! Nevet again, this place is aweful! Hotel was filthy, carpet looked like it has not been cleaned in years. We paid $84 for the room and pretty much got our money's worth. The bed was very comfortable, reasonably quiet, in a decent neighborhood, and the A/C worked. Arriving you check in at a simple but elegant lobby that doubles as the breakfast room. Turning the corner it becomes clear that this is just a simple open-corridor motel. Stayed 4 nights during the Super Bowl. Great location to easily get downtown. Rooms were basic, but clean and served the purpose.
