The room was nice... but the pool water was gross... it tasted like acid... after a few minutes in the pool my legs started to itch... after a few minutes in the pool my friends and I and a small child in the pool broke out with red bumps all over our bodys... not long after that our skin peeled of and exposed raw areas... it caused all of us alot of pain. When I spoke to the girl at the front desk about it and then the manager the only help they offered was that "no one else had compained" But I heard the child and teenagers say the same thing and break out in the same bumps. This was only in the short amount of time we were outside. I find it hard to believe that no one else had complained. I think that this is not a good way to keep customers happy. And if the pool isnt sanitary I can only imagine what the room had that was unseen. I would never stay here again! more
