The staff, from front desk to housekeeping, was cheerful and helpful. Kudos to them! I travel a fair amount and must tell you that I don't usually find that to be the case. The problem I had was handled expeditiously and far exceeded my expectations. more

All I can say is WOW! The staff at Quality Inn and Suites in West Monroe, LA went way above the call of duty to help me and my family while we were with them.
