My husband and I have gone to this motel a few times and every time we have gone we have had trouble with the wall mounted toilets that won't flush right. Stayed several days. While age of building is obvious, cleanliness is remarkably good for this price-range lodging. All staff were helpful, friendly, and available. Lack of laundry facility is an inconvenience. "Continental" breakfast is excellent - better than any of the other 6 Super 8's where we stayed on this multi-state trip. more

The outside looked fine. When we entered our room the trouble began. It was very old, decades without a reno. There was a little smell in the room. The drapes and spread were so old that I immediately went to look for bugs in the seams of the mattress and found a lot of dirt and unidentifiable crumb sized things.... more

This hotel, which I have stayed at often in the past few years, has great rates but is in need of an upgrade. While everything is clean, there are some obvious signs that renos are needed- the blue tubs are like from the 70's! The breakfast here is pretty good for a continental, I'd stay again but wish they'd do... more

I have stayed here several times and will be staying more..for the price it is exactly what I need. Beds are cofortable, it is quiet, get breakfast, internet..potty and shower, what else does one need...very nice front desk people, Iasked for a fan and they were happy to help. Second stay my AC didn't work well but promptly was assisted.... more

Family of 4 (2 adults, kids 8 and 10) stayed at the Super 8 twice in March, 2009 on our way to/from Florida via Bangor International Airport. Hotel is very clean, beds are comfortable (also included a rollaway bed at no charge), professional staff.
