This was the most DIRTY place I have ever stayed at. The first room was SO awful, I don't even know where to start.....the toilet was stained with brown; not to mention it was cracked; the carpet was dirty like it had not been vacuumed since the last guests; there were water damage stains around the air conditioner; plus the... more

We weren't expecting anything fancy at our check-in, around 10pm. Being the only hotel around that had any vacancy because of the fair still going on, and at a significantly lower rate than any of the 10+ hotels I'd previously called, we were happy and tired enough to just find something still available. The hotel clerk seemed cordial and helpful... more

I was working with 3 others with the task of delivering chinese food to restaurants..from the top of maine, back down to boston. It got late, we got rooms...I'd rather stay in the food box with the fridge off and let the food ferment around me before I stay there again. Not to mention what the dumpsite does to steel... more

I wish I had have taken photos from our horrible stay. We were passing through Bangor and needed a place to rest our head for a few hours. I would have much rather payed a few more dollars for a clean hotel. The carpets were filthy ( I had to wear my sandals the whole time) The Bathroom door wouldn't... more

My Husband, myself and mother decided to take a trip to Bangor for some shopping. Around 2pm we decided to stay the night. Since we had stayed in Travelodges before (in Canada) we didn't think it would be a bad place to stay..Boy were we wrong. First off the desk clerk was rude, wouldn't take cash..had to be credit card... more

My husband and I needed to find a hotel to stay in after attending my uncle's funeral as a snow storm had come in and the highway was getting dangerous. We were looking for something affordable and closeby so stayed here. The floor didn't look like it had been vaccuumed and the walls were dingy. The sheets were clean but... more

Everyone of these reviews are true. I could not believe something so horrible could be allowed to be open....let alone bear the name of a large chain of Motels. I will never stay at a Travelodge again because of the obvious low standards that they maintain. Do yourself a favor Never stay here and if you are stuck like we... more

I never even thought to write a review of this motel before, but I feel I must put my 2 cents in. This place is completely disgusting. The front desk man tried to put 3 women on a ground floor level room, and when we walked in the room stank like cigarette smoke even tho it was a non smoking... more

This hotel is disgusting in every sence of the word. I have stayed in many hotels in my life, once in one that charges by the hour, and I think there was less DNA in that one. I do not recomend staying here to any one. I wouldn't stay here again if it was free. more
