This hotel was clean and had exactly what you need for a good nights stay. Comfortable and quiet, absolutely no complaints. On arrival, the desk clerk was snippy and rude. This is not usual in Choice Hotel properties but I guess this is the exception that proves the rule. The hotel is old and perhaps a couple of years away from renovation but it is handy to Bangor's shopping area. Would I stay here again? Absolutely not. More

This is an excellent hotel, we have used it many times as our "shopping base" in Bangor, Maine and area.
