We had prebooked via booking agent & stayed two nights. 1st night- statisfactory and satisfied our needs after along day travelling. The room was tired however in decor. 2nd night-checked in early, the day before our flight from BGR. We were given a smoking room which to say the least stank. We were offered the only available room next door... more

First off, let me tell you NOT to stay here. PERIOD. From the moment we arrived this establishment was BAD. Beyond the beyond. Front Desk help was atrocious. The desk clerk was engaged in a video game and we were asked to wait while he finished the game. We were charged $1.50 for a safe fee, and were told they... more

Big misstake staying here, but most all of the other mid priced hotels were full so pickings were mighty slim, but room smelled, serviced was lousy, staff unfriendly, bed sagged in the middle roll right to the middle of the bed the mattress was so bad, ended up moving to a out of town hotel with much better results. more

I noticed many lines of bites that formed welts after my stay. We should have left the room when I noticed how dirty everything seemed. There was a black hair on the bed and food or crumbs on the mattress spring in the corner. I am quite sure I got bit by bed bugs. This was a terrible experience. The... more

this was our first and last stay at a howard Johnson Hotel, lobby smelled musty and stale cigarettes. I called the front desk to see if they allow children to swim in the nude she said of course not . But come to find out when she called me back that it was the manger and his family and was... more

I recently stayed here a night during Memorial Day weekend. The following was noteworthy: -The room was decent in terms of size and did have a fridge. -The room was very dirty and my fiancee (we slept in separate beds, not married yet!) found it dirty enough that returning would be unlikely until it improved. The carpet, as other reviewers... more

I was hesitant to book here for various reasons, but I did anyway. I wasn't expecting anything spectacular as I only paid $65 for the night. Overall, the hotel is not that bad for one night. I did not find the front desk staff to be rude, I got the non-smoking room I requested, and the motel was quiet and... more

This was a bad experience all around. The reservation was lost. The room had not been cleaned when we arrived at 6pm. The next room was the same way. The last room had dirty ashtrays and the towels had been used. We ate there. The food was bad, slow, cold and I had to ask for my order 3 times... more
