Stayed in the annex which is up some stairs which was not a problem for me. But if you like to drive right up to the front and walk as little as possible, then you will be disappointed. The annex, however, is away from the highway and is quiet. Decent wireless connection in the annex which was a pleasant surprise.... more

After reading the reviews on TA- but booking a room at this hotel anyway because of its location- we were pleasantly surprised! We only stayed a single night, but the service was fantastic. The front desk staff were all helpful and courteous, from changing our room (our reservation was originally for the 3rd floor where they allow pets and because... more

We wanted to go to Freeport for an overnight (from the Boston area), however we needed to find a place that takes pets as we had to bring our dog. This was the first time our dog has actually travelled with us and luckily it worked out fine. The hotel is definitely "no frills" and the smell in the stairwells... more

We also stayed on the dog floor, which is one wing of the third floor. There was a dog show in town and I think most of the guests in the hotel were on this floor. Overall I thought our room was quite nice, large, quiet and clean. The bathroom was larger than the ones we have had in many... more

If the cost of a room here was 1/3 of what they are charging, then MAYBE it would be worth the stay. But at their exorbitant rates, one easily expects a clean room, reliable room service that delivers food warm and on-time, a well-maintained building, and decent locale. Nope, none of the above were part of our experience. The hallways... more

CLEAN- FRIENDLY- SAFE- SPACIOUS... the Holiday Inn has it all. Oversized, immaculate rooms. Comfortable pillow top bedding, lovely linens and quiet rooms. Hotel dining is an added plus. Ideal for traveling with pets, 3rd floor wing was perfect. more

Stayed at the Holiday Inn while on a business trip for four days. Check-in was a breeze and the staff was pleasant and informative. The room was average size and clean and the bathroom was adequate. The room has a refrigerator and a microwave and high speed internet access was complimentary. The pool was ok, but the hot tub was... more

First I must rave about the STAFF ! I was treated well at checkin ! I am a Premier member of the chain and they give those members perks like discounts in the hotel restaurant etc. The hotel is nice ! Room is very comfortable, choice of pillows, nice bathroom, has laundry facilities on each floor - Getting to the... more

Off on a weekend jaunt, walked in without reservations, thought the awards on the wall might equal a quality stay, no way! Hallways were full of bags of dirty linens, could have used a vacuum too. Our room had a musty smell that was covered over with an over powering air freshener, no cups or glasses, nasty stain on the... more

I reserved a stay at the Holiday Inn in Bath for August. Unfortunatly an emergency came up where I had to cancel my trip. When I tried to cancel the hotel (in advance), I was told that I could not cancel and that my card will be charged for the full amount. I called the main Holiday Inn number and... more
